How do you get fees that are so low?

Since almost everything is automated, we have very little costs, just a server and a domain. This is how we can charge just 3% on trades above $20.

What can I trade?

Pretty much anything you can reliably transfer. Nothing illegal please :)

How do I file a dispute / They won't let funds out of escrow

Thankfully, you won't lose any money. Contact our support email (support@null) and we can forcibly release or refund funds if we can confirm the trade did actually gothrough. If something went wrong, we may be able to recuperate lost funds.

If you put funds into escrow and the seller won't provide the asset, contact support (as said above) and we can intervene.

What payment methods are supported?

Currently, we support BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT (on SOL or ETH), SOL and XMR. We provide a swap service if the buyer and seller want different coins.

We are looking into ways to support non-Crypto payments in the future, such as Cashapp, Venmo and SEPA, however this will likely require human intervention so will cause hitches.

The seller ticketed the account/item back from me.

While we expect you to understand this is always a risk, trading anything that isn't sanctioned by the platform, we may be able to remove the offending user or offer you replacement funds, if possible. We never want our users to be disappointed, even if it was something out of our control.
